Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Los Angeles Time) will be processed starting the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your unique tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Schyllingofficial.com is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses; however, please be aware that delivery times may be extended for these locations due to carrier limitations.
Damages and Missing Packages

Damaged Items: If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@schyllingofficial.com with photos of the damaged packaging and the product.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please verify with neighbors or your local post office first. If the package remains missing, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping costs.
