1. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
We strive to keep shipping affordable so you can get back to squishing!
- Standard Shipping: $4.95 (Flat Rate)
- FREE SHIPPING: On all orders over $29.00.
- Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
2. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 5-6business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
- During high-volume periods (such as new product drops or holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has shipped, estimated arrival times are as follows:
- United States: 3 – 7 business days.
- International: 7 – 15 business days (depending on the destination country and customs processing).
4. ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s portal. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
We ship our NeeDoh® products worldwide! Please note the following for international orders:
- Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Official NeeDoh Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly in English to avoid delays.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Please contact us at NeeDoh2026@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
