1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please contact us at NeeDoh2026@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
- Change of Mind: For standard returns (personal preference, “no longer wanted”), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For damaged goods, please include clear photos of the product and the packaging in your email.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Digital gift cards.
- Final sale items or “Clearance” products.
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.
6. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
